AndHealth is hiring a full-time Specialty Patient Engagement Specialist (Pharmacy Technician) for an onsite position at a Health Center partner site in Ohio. The role processes specialty prescriptions, verifies benefits, enrolls patients in copay and assistance programs, supports prior authorizations and appeals, communicates with patients about medication use and side effects, documents interactions, manages referrals, and provides digital health support. The position starts at $24 per hour and requires a high school diploma, Ohio pharmacy technician certification, PTCB or ExCPT certification, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses or certifications.
