CCA Global Partners is hiring a Specialty Programs Specialist in its St. Louis office to manage specialty program claims from assignment through resolution, coordinate contractors and insurance partners, validate estimates and pricing, resolve scoping and warranty issues, and maintain accurate claim documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent industry experience, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and estimating tools such as Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and CoreLogic/Symbility. The position offers a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office work on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
