TriHealth is hiring a Specialty Lead Team Registered Nurse at TriHealth Mason to mentor and support clinical team members, provide triage and procedure support, coordinate clinical workflows, assist with staff training and quality audits, and help manage office operations. The role also involves developing patient care plans, maintaining documentation, communicating with providers, preparing and updating patient charts, entering information into the EMR, coordinating authorizations, and overseeing primary nurses. It is a full-time day-shift position with no weekend, holiday, or on-call commitment and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and shift differentials.
