Comfortech is hiring a permanent Specification Manager based in its Christchurch branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager and part of a national Specification and Technical team, the role identifies commercial interior project opportunities, pursues specification of ceiling, wall, and insulation solutions, builds relationships with architects and designers, supports main contractors and developers, provides technical assistance, presents product and system information, and collaborates with sales to convert leads into sales. The position requires experience in interior fit-out, design, or architecture; knowledge of sales planning, budgeting, and operational finance; strong networking, communication, presentation, and customer-solution skills; and is a salaried role with a company vehicle.
