Description
The employer is hiring a commercially focused Specification Manager to secure product specifications across commercial construction projects and influence decisions by architects, consultants, surveyors, developers, and other project stakeholders. The role manages opportunities from early design through tender and contractor appointment, protects specifications, minimizes substitution, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with sales, estimating, technical, and marketing teams. It is a full-time hybrid field-based position based nationally with at least one day per week in the Norwich head office, offering a £60,000–£70,000 base salary plus bonus and car allowance.
