Description
The Specification Representative drives commercial growth by securing, managing, and converting specifications for Wilsonart products. The role serves as an advisor to architects, designers, specification writers, and facility planners; provides product, design, and application guidance; tracks opportunities in the CRM; supports merchandising and brand consistency; represents Wilsonart at industry events; and delivers presentations and training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, one year of field selling experience, strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to travel, and a valid driver’s license.
