Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking a Specification Writer to lead the development and execution of project specifications for commercial, educational, healthcare, federal, industrial, and other building projects. The role requires interpreting drawings and project information, collaborating with project managers and design teams, and serving as a technical resource on construction products, materials, systems, techniques, and industry standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, or a related field, five years of specification-writing experience including federal projects, and CDT or CCS certification; proficiency with Microsoft Word, SpecLink, and SpecsIntact is required or expected.
