Description
The Specification Engineer owns product definitions, bills of materials, and performance requirements for wire and cable products. The role translates approved designs, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements into manufacturable specifications, controlled BOMs, quality requirements, testing instructions, and manufacturing instructions, while supporting NPI, quality, purchasing, and other cross-functional teams. The position is on-site at the Pearl facility and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, plus 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
