Description
LS3P is hiring a Specifications Writer to develop, coordinate, and maintain technical specifications for architectural and construction projects. The role works with architects, designers, technical staff, project teams, and the Specifications Leader to align specifications with design intent, codes, procurement approaches, and owner expectations. Responsibilities include preparing project specifications, advising on materials and building systems, maintaining master specifications and technical standards, and delivering coordinated documentation on schedule. The position requires 5–7 years of experience preparing, coordinating, and managing architectural specifications, along with knowledge of CSI MasterFormat, building products, and construction documentation practices.
