Turner & Townsend is hiring a Specifications Writer to serve as the technical authority for its EV clients’ physical infrastructure. The role writes, reviews, and evolves technical specifications across CSI Divisions 01–48; coordinates with architectural, engineering, BIM, procurement, construction, and operations teams; audits standards and product data; develops quality-control tools; and maintains a cloud specification database. The position requires 5–8+ years of relevant experience, cross-disciplinary specification expertise, knowledge of CSI and UniFormat structures, proficiency with BSD SpecLink or MasterSpec, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field. The stated base salary is $120,000–$140,000, with possible bonuses and benefits.
