Millennium Health LLC is hiring a Full-Time Specimen Collector II in Duluth, Minnesota. The role involves collecting urine and/or oral fluid specimens, processing and packaging collections for shipping, coordinating between clinics and the laboratory, recording patient and order information, resolving specimen and billing issues, maintaining onsite collection supplies, and occasionally traveling to multiple facilities including overnight coverage. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of specimen collection experience or 1+ year in the medical field (or 2+ years of customer service in place of medical experience), a valid driver’s license, smartphone and computer navigation skills, and adherence to HIPAA, HiTrust, confidentiality, compliance, and cyber security controls.
