Description
The Specimen Technician processes specimens in a clinical laboratory, understands specimen types and test orders, follows compliance and safety procedures, enters data, and works in a biohazard environment. The role is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, operates primarily on the 10:00 PM–4:00 AM night shift, and requires at least three months of duration, a high-speed data-entry capability, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while laboratory, medical, and hospital laboratory experience are preferred.
