Description
The Specimen Processing Technician I supports the Specimen Processing Department through data entry, specimen accessioning, presorting, pickup and delivery, imaging, centrifugation, and aliquoting. The role requires a data-entry background, strong organization, flexibility, and the ability to work in a biohazard environment; no prior experience is required, although laboratory, medical, and production experience are preferred. The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST, with weekend, holiday, on-call, and overtime availability as needed.
