The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending products, preparing and updating commercial offers, coordinating with logistics and after-sales teams, and helping finalize orders. The position requires 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call centers, e-commerce, or office work, strong Polish communication, MS Office and Excel skills, and a proactive approach; e-commerce, ERP/CRM, and HoReCa experience are preferred.
