Chartis Federal is hiring an experienced Spectrum Manager in Ashburn, Virginia to provide spectrum management support for CBP communications, surveillance, and tracking systems. The role involves frequency planning, spectrum allocation, interference analysis, regulatory coordination, spectrum record consolidation, and use of federal spectrum management databases and tools such as NTIA, FCC, EL-CID, GMF, Spectrum XXI, IMP Calc, ICS Map Server, and HTZ Warfare. Candidates need at least 12 years of spectrum management experience, advanced RF and propagation knowledge, and an active Top Secret or DHS Tier 5 clearance, and the position offers a salary of $120,000 to $170,000 per year.
