RWS is hiring a freelance Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to work from home in the United States on a part-time basis of 10 or more hours per week. The role involves participating in short voice conversations with AI models, following prompts, and evaluating AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality. Candidates need native-level Simplified Chinese fluency and fluent or advanced English proficiency; experience with machine learning, data collection, preprocessing, evaluation, quality assurance, or annotation and labeling is preferred. The position starts immediately, pays 18 USD per hour, and offers a flexible schedule.
