Description
Park Nicollet is hiring a Speech and Language Pathologist for its Home Care team. The role provides direct patient care, conducts outcome and competency assessments, maintains compliance with regulatory and professional standards, communicates with patients, families, physicians, and staff, and contributes to process improvements. The position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekend shifts possible, and requires a master’s or doctorate in Speech Language Pathology, Minnesota licensure, ASHA membership with CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP, and current BLS certification.
