Achievement First is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for multiple school openings during the 2026-27 school year. The role screens, evaluates, diagnoses, and remediates communication disorders in students ages three to twenty-one; develops individualized goals and IEP-based programs; collaborates with teachers, parents, and other professionals; maintains student portfolios; and supports Medicaid billing and administrative services. The position requires RIDE certification, PK-12 speech-language pathology certification, a master’s degree or equivalent in speech-language pathology, and a commitment to working with limited access to quality educational opportunities. Two years of speech-language pathologist experience, public-school experience, and urban-school experience are preferred, while bilingual or Spanish-language proficiency is preferred. The salary range is $91,465 to $119,341, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and paid family leave benefits.
