Speech Language Pathologist at Blue Stone Therapy

Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to help establish its new Milwaukee-area skilled nursing partnership in Muskego, Wisconsin. The role evaluates and treats patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develops individualized treatment plans; provides evidence-based interventions; educates patients and caregivers; monitors progress; and collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. The position requires graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and a current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
