Extendicare is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Dothan, Alabama. The role provides speech, language, and dysphagia evaluations and treatment for patients of all ages, manages communication-disorder programs, counsels patients and their families, develops augmentative and alternative communication systems, documents care, and supports discharge planning. The position requires a master's or doctoral degree, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence, and an Alabama state license; clinical fellowship completion is preferred, and the role is performed under the direction of the Clinical Director.
