Speech Language Pathologist at Covenant Case Management Services

Covenant Case Management Services is hiring a contracted Speech Language Pathologist in Charlotte, North Carolina to provide speech and language therapy to members enrolled in the North Carolina Innovation Waiver. The role includes conducting assessments, recommending and training on speech devices, managing cases, collaborating on Medicaid and Innovation Waiver equipment coverage, and using tele-consultation when needed. Candidates must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active North Carolina license, a valid North Carolina driver’s license, professional liability insurance, and experience with assessments; knowledge of AAC, Dynavox devices, and DME claims is preferred. The position is hybrid.
