The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one family sessions, monitoring patient progress, and advocating for patient needs. The position requires a Master's Degree in Speech Language Therapy, relevant certifications/licensure, and the ability to complete a background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
