Essential Therapy Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children aged 3 and up in Casa Grande, AZ. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one family sessions, monitoring patient progress, and documenting all aspects of care. The position requires a Master's Degree in Speech Language Therapy, a current Arizona Speech Language Pathology License or Certification, and the ability to complete a background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. The ideal candidate will be open to flexible and hybrid schedules (in-person and virtual), possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to travel to client homes. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and feeding experience are a plus.
