Expressable is hiring a remote Speech-Language Pathologist for a W2, non-exempt hourly position paying $40-$54 per hour. The role provides pediatric speech therapy sessions and evaluations, develops evidence-based care plans, collaborates with caregivers, monitors progress, completes documentation, and provides PTO and sick-leave coverage. Candidates must hold a CCC-SLP and individual NPI number, be licensed in or willing to obtain a Virginia license, have at least one year of post-CF pediatric experience, and be comfortable with teletherapy platforms.
