First Steps Nursing and Therapy is hiring a registered Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy services to children ages 21 and under in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. The role involves evaluating patients, providing therapy services prescribed by a physician, maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating visits and discharge planning, and participating in case conferences and staff development. Texas licensure as a Certified Speech Language Pathologist is required, with one year of experience preferred and pediatric/home health experience and familiarity with Kantime and EVV preferred.
