Description
Flagstar Rehab is seeking full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for skilled nursing facilities across New York City and surrounding areas. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing therapy services, and educating patients and families to enhance speech and swallowing abilities. This position supports a multidisciplinary team and utilizes innovative EMR software for monitoring patient progress. Candidates must hold a current NYS SLP license, clinical competence certification (CCC), CPR certificate, and EMR competence.
