The Grand Healthcare System is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to assess residents' speech and language needs, create and adjust personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, support rehabilitation, maintain documentation and confidentiality, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality resident care.
