WeCare at Heritage is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide resident-centered assessment, treatment planning, implementation, progress review, and interdisciplinary care coordination in a facility setting. The role supports short- and long-term residents, involves documentation, re-evaluation of care plans, referrals, family/caregiver training, audits, and attendance at meetings. Candidates must hold an active license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, with geriatrics experience preferred; CFY candidates are welcome.
