Description
ICAN is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for pediatric outpatient care. The role assesses, diagnoses, screens, and treats speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders in children with autism, ADHD, learning disorders, AAC needs, motor speech, articulation, and developmental delays. Responsibilities include documentation, evidence-based neurodiversity-affirming treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family education. The position offers $35–$65 hourly compensation, a $1,000 signing bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education support, and other benefits. A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Washington State SLP license or interim permit are required; 1–3 years of experience is preferred but new graduates are considered.
