Description
Northgate PostAcute Care is seeking a compassionate, tech-savvy, and patient-centered Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing telehealth rehabilitation team. The SLP will conduct virtual assessments and evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct teletherapy services, collaborate with onsite staff, educate patients and families, maintain documentation, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. This role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active California SLP license, and preferably CCC-SLP certification.
