Ohana Pacific Health is hiring a part-time Speech Language Pathologist for three days per week to develop and implement progressive rehabilitation programs for home-health patients. The role evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and coordinates care for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develops home health aide care plans; supervises aides; manages cases; and educates patients, families, and caregivers. The position requires a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, Hawaii licensure, TB clearance, and BLS certification, with home-health experience preferred.
