The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for its rehabilitation team in Northern Westchester County, New York. The role focuses on assessing referred patients, delivering direct patient care, developing and administering individualized treatment plans under physician direction, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families. The position prefers candidates with long-term care or geriatric care experience, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with Case Mix Index and PPS scheduling, and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus at $44–$47 per hour.
