Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Athens, Georgia, for the 2026–2027 school year. The position pays $48–$55 per hour and involves evaluating students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting records, collaborating with teachers and families, and participating in IEP meetings. Candidates need an active or eligible Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license, appropriate PCE provisional licensure, and GaPSC certification; a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders is required, while school-based experience is preferred but not required.
