Description
The Speech Therapist directs and administers speech therapy for individuals with functional disabilities affecting speech, language, voice, and swallowing. The role includes evaluating clients, reviewing medical records, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans, documenting assessments and interventions, coordinating care with physicians and caregivers, instructing clients and families, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. The position requires a master’s degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology, one year of experience as a licensed speech therapist, current state licensure or certification, and travel as needed.
