Description
Sholom is hiring a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat clients with voice, fluency, language, cognitive, communication, speech, and swallowing disorders; design and evaluate speech therapy programs; develop individualized care plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; provide counseling to individuals and families; maintain records and discharge documentation; and support rehabilitation responsibilities. The role requires an ASHA-accredited master’s degree in Speech Pathology, at least one year of Speech Pathology experience, CCC-SLP certification, Minnesota licensure, and CPR/First Aid certification, with hospice and Medicare home-care duties requiring a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. The position offers daytime 3-4 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week, and pays $40.00-$45.00 per hour.
