Solterra Academy is hiring a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist to join its clinical team and provide speech and language services to students ages 5 to 22. The role includes screening, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, IEP and triennial evaluation work, progress documentation, family collaboration, and participation in PPT meetings. The position is in-person, year-round, and includes a moderate caseload, training, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, time off, and educational reimbursement. Candidates need a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Connecticut SLP licensure or pending status, ASHA certification or a Clinical Fellowship Year in progress, CT State Department of Education 061 certification or pending status, and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
