Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates, develops, and provides individualized speech and language therapy for children and adults across outpatient, Early Intervention, and residential programs. The role creates treatment plans and measurable goals, collaborates with physicians, therapists, educators, nurses, families, and staff, maintains clinical documentation, educates caregivers and staff, and may supervise students or support personnel. A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or ASHA eligibility, and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license are required; prior experience is preferred but not required.
