Vertis Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for consistent PRN hours at an assisted living facility in Bloomington, Indiana. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, hearing, and cognition deficits, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. The position requires a master’s degree in speech/language pathology, a current state license or certification, strong communication and computer skills, and preferably at least one year of geriatric rehabilitation experience.
