The Gardens at Cedarwood in Franklin, Massachusetts is hiring a full-time and PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join its new in-house therapy team. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating residents with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, documenting care, educating residents and staff, and participating in care planning and quality improvement. The position requires a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure or eligibility, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, and preferably CCC-SLP and skilled nursing or geriatric experience.
