Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation, treatment, patient and family education, and discharge planning for patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders, with an emphasis on serving the pediatric population. The role also participates in a rehabilitative environment and contributes to department program development and operations. Applicants must have a master’s degree from an accredited university, an SC license or eligibility for application, ASHA standards for Certificate of Clinical Competence, and CPR certification; two years of experience is preferred.
