KIPP New Jersey is hiring a Speech and Language Pathologist to assess and provide speech-language therapy to students at assigned school sites, develop IEP communication goals, implement treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings. The role requires a master’s degree from an ASHA-accredited university with a Certificate of Clinical Competency or a Clinical Fellowship Year, knowledge of speech-language assessment and report writing, and strong organizational and communication skills. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour for approximately 16 hours per week.
