Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join its in-house rehabilitation team at Wexford House in Kingsport, Tennessee. The role involves evaluating and treating skilled nursing facility residents for swallowing, cognitive-communication, and language deficits; developing individualized treatment plans; documenting care; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; and supporting discharge planning, education, and quality improvement.
