Description
Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide intensive early-intervention speech therapy to children with autism from 18 months to 6 years of age. The role includes managing a caseload of up to 23 clients, completing parent training, meeting 20 billable hours per week, collaborating with occupational therapists and BCBA clinicians, and maintaining confidentiality and communication with families. The position requires a Speech-Language Pathology master's degree, active state licensure, ASHA clinical competence certification, BLS certification, early-intervention experience, and on-site availability Monday through Friday. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 USD, with bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
