Description
Benchmark Human Services is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide early-intervention services to infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays. The role includes conducting evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans, monitoring outcomes, supporting families, and using evidence-based and natural-learning-environment practices. The position serves families in Bridgeport, Fairfield, Stratford, and Trumbull and requires a Connecticut SLP license, a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, a Connecticut driver’s license, and one year of experience working with children in early intervention. The salary is $65-$80 per hour for direct service, with health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
