Relient Health is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a permanent placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The role evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders; develops individualized treatment plans; documents progress in EMR systems; and collaborates with rehabilitation and medical staff. Applicants must graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, hold or be eligible for a Massachusetts SLP license, and have CCC-SLP certification. The position offers an estimated $40–$50 per hour, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and possible sign-on or relocation support.
