Homeside Rehab is seeking a part-time/per diem, flexible-schedule Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled speech-language therapy in patients' homes in Newburgh, New York. The role includes evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering speech, language, communication, and swallowing treatments, monitoring progress, documenting care, and coordinating with patients, caregivers, office staff, and clinical team members. An active New York State SLP license and reliable transportation are required; home health, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.
