Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a permanent placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Montesano, Washington. The role evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders; develops individualized treatment plans; documents progress in EMR systems; and collaborates with rehabilitation and medical professionals. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and hold or be eligible for a Washington SLP license, with CCC-SLP preferred. The position offers an estimated $45–$55 per hour, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and possible sign-on or relocation support.
