Aspire Public Schools is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to work under the supervision of a Speech and Language Pathologist or Program Specialist at a school site. The role conducts speech-language screenings, follows therapy plans, supports IEP meetings, documents student progress, prepares and adapts instructional materials, collaborates with teachers and IEP teams, and monitors progress toward IEP goals. Candidates need an associate’s degree and completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program, California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant registration, at least one year of experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting, and a valid California driver’s license. The position offers a $6,000 hiring bonus for new hires and full-time benefits including core health coverage.
