Each is hiring a full-time Early Years Specialist to support families through the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program. The role involves delivering evidence-informed supports, using assessments and child development knowledge, coaching families, connecting children and families with community resources, maintaining NDIA records, and guiding families through NDIS processes.
