Ability Action Australia is hiring a Speech Pathologist Graduate for its 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program. The role supports NDIS participants in community, school, or clinic settings; completes assessments, writes reports, and delivers therapy while advocating for participants and carers. Applicants should be soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologists, SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation, empathetic, curious, and licensed drivers with their own vehicle. The position offers a guaranteed salary of $86,800 including super, travel reimbursement, professional development support, clinical tools, and flexible office, clinic, or home work arrangements.
